Aamir Khan tried hands in rap in Dangal

by on December 12, 2016

New Delhi: Eighteen-year after Aamir Khan was last seen singing in the film with the song ‘Aati kya Khandala’, he once again tried his hand in his upcoming film Dangal. This time Aamir went one step aheads as he will be seen DOING  Haryanvi rap.

The song ‘chhori dhaakad hai’ has gone viral since its release. Aamir Haryanvi rap is largely applauded  where he is seen teaching  his two on-screen daughters Geeta and Babita the tricks of kushti.

Aamir’s 1998 film Gulam starring actress Rani Mukharji was his last release where he has sung a song. Singing in a road-side language convincing the actresses to ‘let’s go to Khandala’ was a big hit. The first time he was appreciated for things other than acting. For an unknown reason, Aamir did not try his hand after Khandala success.

The actor has also made a video for the upcoming Dhaakad song in which he will be seen applauding the women empowerment. In the video, which is yet to be released, Aamir will be seen wearing rapper attire. The song will be released on December 18 on the occasion of Lux Golden Rose awards, to be telecast on ZEE TV.

In the program, Amir will also introduce his other two on-screen daughters Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanaya Malhotra.
