New Delhi: The much-awaited result of CAT 2017 finally announced on Monday (January 8) morning. This time IIT Madras boy break the record of scoring 100 percentile. Sai Praneeth Reddy from South Indian state Andhra Pradesh scores the magical number.
Speaking to India Today, Sai Praneeth Reddy expressed his feeling. Reddy and his family are very happy and excited about the outcome of CAT 2017. He Said: ”I am very excited that I have achieved 100 percentile. Now I have to go through the upcoming rounds of Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) ahead, I hope I could do well there as well as I want to get IIM-Ahmedabad.”
Sai Praneeth Reddy scored 64.43 marks and got 95.65 percentile in the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. He Scored 73.87 marks and got 100 percentile in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. Sai Praneeth Reddy also scored 100 percentile with 232.32 marks in the Quantitative ability.
Reddy told India Today that he used to write mock test from 9 am to 12 noon. This regular exercise proved very crucial in cracking the CAT 2017 test. Reddy said he is good in quantitative and DILR sections. From last one month, he was concentrating on English. Reddy said initially I get into a technical field, but later I feel I should get into management field and targeted IIM-Ahmedabad.
Sai Praneeth belongs to a business background family. His father Surendranath Reddy is a businessman at Anantapur village of Andhra Pradesh. Mother Sandhya Reddy is a housewife.
Every year, Lakhs of students appear in the Common Admission Test but only few could crack the CAT exam and board into the elite IIM’s Institutes. Students were waiting for the results from last one week.
