Congress pulls Modi for Kerala rally following Uri attack

by on September 25, 2016

Thiruvananthapuram: Congress party pulled BJP for Uri attack as a mega party rally in Kerala was organized.  especially at a time when Pakistan is threatening our national security.

Congress state chief V M Sudheeran said Prime Minister Narendra Modi should have given the statement over Uri attack and the role of Pakistan establishment inside the parliament rather than using the party forum.  It would be better if he addressed a special session of the Parliament on this issue. National security should be discussed in the Parliament, not in the political forum.

Meanwhile, Political Affairs Committee of Congress passed a resolution and condemned Uri attack terming it a failure of the BJP government. If the Modi had learned lessons from Pathankot attack, this would not have happened.

Congress also mocked at BJP president Amit Shah’s claim that they would form the next government in Kerala.  The BJP-led NDA government at the centre is like a bubble. All the fake promises it had made to the public has now gone vanished. Modi did not fulfill any of the promises it made to the people of Kerala. He promised that price of the agricultural product would come down, but nothing has happened. Also, his promise to bring new laws to amend the present Coastal Regulation Zone is also waiting to become reality.
