Govt. clear way for Pakistani Hindu to take Indian citizenship

New Delhi: In a move that will give big respite to many Pakistani Hindu families who are forced to face the atrocities of Pakistani dominating Muslim, the central government has brought a notification that will ease the procedure of citizenship for them.

The home ministry has amended the rules of Citizenship act, 2009. This New notification has reduced the registration fees for minorities community living in the three neighboring countries from the current price of 15,000 rupees to mere 100 rupees. This notification is applicable to the minority community of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afganistan.

This new change will bring storm between the boiling relation of two countries as Pakistan always considers that Indian establishment try to instigate the minority Hindu living in their country. Nearly 85 Lakh Hindus are living in Pakistan who has to face the atrocities of dominating Muslims. Poor Hindu family are forced to work as a bound labor in Pakistan. In fact, news of vandalizing Hindu Temples, Gurdwaras and forceful marriage with poor girls of minority community often come to light.

Gazette notification of Govt. of India said minority communities which include- Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and  Jains of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and living in India on long term visa can apply for Citizenship. Home Ministry made it clear that community of the countries other than the three, will have to pay 10,000 rupees for registration in India.
