FIR Register Against Wrestler Sushil Kumar over Clashes with Praveen Rana at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium
New Delhi: Central Delhi Police has register a case against Olympic-medallist Sushil Kumar over clash with another wrestler Praveen Rana at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium. DCP center Confirm the news. Sushil and Praveen supporter left with bruises and wounds at the event organized for qualifying the next year Commonwealth Games. Sushil and his supporters clashed with the rival wrestler Parveen Rana’s supporter.
The brawl took place at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium where the selection trial for the Gold Coast Games was organised. Sushil, who returned to the international arena after three years with a Commonwealth Championships gold, won all his bouts in the 74kg category.
Sushil claims Rana lose the game to him in the semifinal and then his supporter started a clash. Rana bitted him in the bout during the game. On the other hand, Rana’s claims that decorated wrestler Sushil Kumar and his elder brother beat him up for daring to come in the ring against him.
